New President’s Residence
The College owned residence was completely renovated in preparation of the new incoming president of the College.The renovations included new A/C system, kitchen and windows and re-finishing of the wood floors, interior and exterior painting, and re-pointing of the brick façade.
285 Powell Avenue: Current project to renovate a college owned property into graduate student housing. Renovation of the entire building with new finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electric systems.
Financial Aid Center:A complete gut rehab of the existing financial aid office located in Aquinas Hall.The space was expanded with new A/C system, electric and data, custom millwork and floor and wall finishes.Work was completed in August 2008
